Tamagoyaki 又黎喇~~~

玉子燒係我地耐唔使要食吓嘅小食...

師傅有請~~~

雞蛋8隻, 糖兩茶匙, 仲有啲橙皮tim... (唔係唔係... 哈哈... y世代明我講咩嘅~~~)

正經喇... 呢個食譜係我試咗好多個唔同食譜搵出黎最啱我口味嘅~~~ 如果你地覺得唔對味, 就自行改善, 因為大家口味唔同呀嘛~

雞蛋8隻 (真係8隻...)

糖30g (鍾意食甜啲就要加多啲喇... 唔... 我有次加到45g, 啲人先話夠甜... 所以唔可以成日食...)

鹽少少 (1/4 teaspoon 左右)

Mirin 1 teaspoon

Sake 1 teaspoon (無都唔緊要~)

Dashi 180ml (自己整到就最好, 唔得閒嘅可以用dashi粉開~ **有啲食譜用清水, 係無咁重味, 不過好想食但又唔齊料嘅時候, 未嘗唔係一個解決方法...)

基本上撈勻曬佢, 拎去煎就得架喇... (點煎?? 去睇睇Youtube包你識煎~~~)
