呢日喺朋友屋企一齊整Roasted lamb... (其實我淨係有份食架咋~~ 哈哈哈哈!!!!)
原來一d都唔難整架喎...
首先你要有一個煲... (煲??? 呢個叫煲????? 呢個究竟叫咩??????????)
Any肥... 做法係...
先放你自己鍾意食嘅蔬菜喺煲底 (先用olive oil, 鹽同黑胡椒撈撈佢, 鍾意嘅可以加啲garlic),
之後將已經用olive oil, 鹽同黑胡椒"捽"過嘅羊肶放上去,
要make sure個蓋冚得埋喎...
跟住拮啲rosemary入個羊肶度.... 目的係要rosemary啲味"shum"入個羊度... 所以最好拮入啲~
OK! 冚蓋喇~~
放入已經預熱攝氏200度嘅焗爐, 焗佢個半鐘(1.5小時)就食得架喇~~~
*** 如果你想個外層脆啲, 就要最尾嗰25至30分鐘打開個蓋***
呢個最啱一班朋友仔一齊整一齊食, 因為中間有成個幾鐘吹水時間~~
汁醬方面, mint sauce係絕配, 或者gravy都得~~
係咪好易呢~~
